“BACK 2 BASICS - RELIABILITY TRIAL 2019”

This year’s edition, to be held on 24th February, will follow the same routes as last year giving a choice of 61 miles or 82 miles.

The start and finish HQ is at the Bluebell Cider House, Warings Green Road, Earlswood, B94 6BP.

Suggested start times are:
0900 - 82 mile route
0930 - 61 mile route

Entry fee is £5 with all proceeds to the Warwickshire Air Ambulance. Both routes head south to the Vale of Evesham, returning through the Lenches with the longer route adding a loop around Bredon Hill. The tea stop is at Fladbury Village Hall where ample refreshments will be provided and where suitable donations can be made to the Warwickshire Air Ambulance.

Inspired by memories of "100 in 8" in the 50s and 60s the event will require a minimum average speed of 12.5 mph to complete the course in order to qualify for a finisher’s certificate.

There will be no club runs from the Clock Tower in Solihull that day.
