19/04/19 - 11.00 - Longnor

Good Friday - The hottest day of the year so far!

So perfect conditions for a 33mile Mountain TT!

This consisted of 3 Laps of an Undulating Circuit - The Roads were Typical of the Peak District - Rough, twisty & Narrow.

A great test!

I paced it better than many of my other TTs keeping the HR lower for the first lap & increasing as I went on

It seemed to work - I finished 6th overall & taking some scalps of people I’ve never beaten before.

1.25.14 For 3 Laps

Winner - John Archibald - 1.17. Around 4 mins ahead of 2nd & a massive CR.

Worcester St Johns Open TT Tomorrow!
