We offer a wide range of carefully graded group rides throughout the week to provide club members with a programme of enjoyable and safe recreational runs.
These are rides to a refreshment destination led by volunteer club members. The intention is to have a programme of rides which allows everyone to find a preferred ride, but where moving up a grade is realistic, or down a grade if fitness is below normal. There are five grades as described below.
The full range operates on Sundays, with additional rides on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Less formalised runs to fixed destinations or on fixed routes may be available on Saturday and Thursday mornings
